Cancellation Policy: Since we only schedule one patient at a time, your entire treatment time is reserved for only you. Please give 48 hours' notice if you will not be attending your appointment or need to reschedule. If cancellations occur within 48 hours of appointment patient is charged/forfeits 100% of service fee or in the case of packages, one treatment. This also applies to rescheduled appointments.

Refund Policy on all Packages/Treatment Plans: If a refund is requested, all used or missed services will be subtracted from the package amount paid at the rate of single corresponding services.
